The Protocol For Defects

if you receive an item with a major manufacturing defect, we will resolve it under strict conditions:

1. unboxing video: you must provide an uncut, unedited clear unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed until the defect is shown. no video, no exception.

2. proof of purchase: provide your official invoice/order number from waucult.com
