International Import Duty & Customs

this dictates that the product prices and shipping fees settled at checkout do not include local import duties, vat (value added tax), customs clearance fees, or administrative levies imposed by the destination country.
every package cross-docking into international territories is subject to physical inspections by local customs authorities. wau consistently provides meticulous manifest documentation and legal commercial invoices attached externally to expedite processing. however, we maintain zero control over sovereign regulations, customs wait times, or the financial thresholds applied by your local government.
all import-related charges are the exclusive liability of the recipient. should you refuse to clear these customs mandates upon arrival, the package will be impounded, abandoned, or destroyed by local authorities. under this scenario, wau will not issue refunds or credits of any kind.
